Information Management, Knowledge Management, Business Ethics, Supply Chain …
… our holistic approach can help create step change impact.
Change management is a fundamental skill today, whether it is in the context of incremental continuous improvement or radical business transformation. Increasingly organisations are looking to their functional leaders to lead organisational wide transformational programmes. This makes much sense from a business perspective as the functional teams are often the organisational cross braces and therefore best placed to effect transformational change.
Functional leaders have often been promoted up a single functional career path and therefore, whilst they have a deep understanding of their specialism, they are often lacking in the skillsets, toolsets, and often the resources or time to deliver such a transformational programme.
Kommercialize has had significant experience in delivering transformational programmes and has developed a holistic, yet scalable, approach that has been proved to help deliver transformation. We have led and been catalysts in transformational programmes in the areas of information and knowledge management, business ethics, supply chain management, and business model development.
Our approach helps the delivery team and stakeholders to create appropriately robust tools and approaches that support delivery of an adaptive and phased programme. In doing so, and deploying activities across key enablers of: infrastructure; and policies/processes/practices; and differentiators of: organisational culture; and team/individual behaviours, the team is better placed to delivery sustainable transformation.
The nature of transformational change management means that often sustainable change can take a considerable time to be measurable and during the early phases it is important to be able to identify key steps and maintain progress towards the goal. The approach helps to provide a robust framework to ensure that individual steps are focused on those goals and therefore collectively creating value adding change.
The approach was developed from practitioner experience in successfully delivering and leading complex, organisation wide transformation. This approach to change management was fundamental to the impact and outcomes achieved.
